We use Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class signed for services for all of our deliveries.
UK Domestic Delivery
UK 1st Class Delivery 1-2 working days £4.50
UK 2nd Class Delivery 3-4 working days £3.50
International Delivery
Within Europe Delivery £12.99 7-15 working days
Worldwide Delivery £25 7-15 working days
Cancelling/Changing your order

Please double check your order is correct before you complete at checkout as once your order has been placed it may not be able to be changed.
Once you place your order it cannot unfortunately be cancelled as work may have already started on your order.
If you need to make an alteration to your order please notify us a soon as possible, if work has already begun on your item it may not be able to be amended.
All items are checked before being sent out, we will not accept a return that is damaged , appears to have been used or is dirty.
We aim to have your order ready within 7-10 days, you may however contact us if you have a request for an order to be ready earlier than this, please message us.
Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur custom duties & taxes, we are not responsible for these charges.
Customs & Import Taxes are charged once the parcel reaches its destination.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns on any personalised item unless the item is faulty.
If this is the case it will be replaced with the same item.
